Before we begin, there's something you should know...
I’ve carried this story quietly for a long time. Whispered it at market stalls, tucking it away in casual conversation, but never writing it to share to watchful eyes I cannot see. Writing it makes it real, writing it makes it permanent.
Writing it invites you to look inside my life at its breaking point.
For years I had worried you’d think I was using my accident to push my career. But after six years of being a full-time artist I know now, that’s not true. I have and will always be an artist.
This story doesn’t define my work, it’s what led me to the path I never thought I could choose. The path that had always been waiting for me.
This story is in three parts, for three miracles.
All I ask, is please don’t try to repeat it, in hopes of the same result. Know there is always a price to pay, but that story will have to wait.
To those that don’t know me, I hope you read this with a kind heart and an open mind.
