If you're not at home, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If your parcel has not been matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card.

At Korossy, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. Our shipping policy aligns with Australia Post’s guidelines to provide a reliable service for domestic and international shipping.


Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase.

Custom or commissioned items may take longer; you will be informed of the estimated timeline during the order process.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We use Australia Post for all shipping and follow their delivery standards:

Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–10 business days.

Express Shipping (Australia): 1–5 business days.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processes.


Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or customs delays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. All shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at Australia Post Tracking.


Damaged or Missing Deliveries

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Notify us immediately at kat.korossy@outlook.com with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

2. Retain all packaging, as it is required for an Australia Post insurance claim.

3. Follow Australia Post’s insurance claim process, available here.

4. Return the damaged item to us for inspection.


We will assist with lodging the claim and, once confirmed, provide a replacement, refund, exchange, or store credit.


Missing or Delayed Deliveries:

1. Contact us at kat.korossy@outlook.com if your item has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe.

2. We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post to locate your parcel.

3. If your parcel cannot be found, Australia Post’s compensation policy will apply, and we will work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.


International Shipping

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s import regulations before purchasing.

Australia Post delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Australia Post and Korossy are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Fraudulent Claims Policy

Making a fraudulent claim for missing or damaged items is a serious offence under Australian law. At Korossy, we take all claims seriously and adhere to the relevant legal standards to ensure fairness and transparency.


What Constitutes a Fraudulent Claim?

A fraudulent claim occurs when a customer knowingly provides false or misleading information to gain a financial or material benefit, such as falsely reporting an item as lost or damaged to receive compensation, a replacement, or a refund.


Relevant Australian Laws

Under the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth) and applicable state and territory laws, submitting fraudulent claims is a criminal offence. Penalties for fraud may include:

Australia Post also investigates suspicious claims and may escalate them to law enforcement authorities.


Your Responsibilities

To ensure your claim is valid and compliant:

1. Provide accurate and truthful information.

2. Submit all required evidence, including photos of the damage or proof of loss.

3. Follow Australia Post’s insurance claim guidelines for damaged or missing items.


Important Notice

If you submit a fraudulent claim, Korossy reserves the right to:

Reject the claim.

Report the matter to Australia Post and the relevant authorities.

Take further legal action if necessary.
